 If you are going to be holidaying at broadbeach on the Gold Coast this Easter holidays make sure you book your surfboard hire early. The Easter holiday is one of the busiest periods for surfboard hire on the Gold Coast, we can almost guarantee if the weather and waves are good all our surfboards will be rented out.

 Mermaid Beach is positioned perfectly in the centre of the Gold Coast and the strip of beach that runs in front of millionaires row Hedges Avenue is know as the central beaches. From Mermaid Beach you are close to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Jupiters Casino, the trendy Nobby Beach cafes plus some cool local cafes and restaurants including Vintage, Alfreds, Bonito Bonito, BSKT and Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving club.

Although there are a few good surf shops in the area it can be difficult to hire a surfboard at Mermaid Beach. Stuart Surfboards on the Gold Coast Highway has an awesome range of locally made new and used surfboards and they are always helpful and give out some good advice but you won't be able to rent a surfboard.
