N.B. We will always try to be as helpful and flexible with delivery/pick up however sometimes due to time restraints we may not be able to offer a delivery. Delivery may not be available on a 2 hour hire.

Payment: Cash or credit card payment is required at time of booking or when surfboard is delivered. 

Security Deposit: A current credit card is required for a security deposit plus proof of identification (drivers licence etc). The hirer must be over the age of 18 years

Conditions: Any major damage to surfboard must be paid for, this includes broken boards, snapped fins, creases in the deck and major dings. We accept that there is a bit of wear and tear and minor dings and depressions do occur in which there is no charge.
